Exercise Session
1) Ran for 15 minutes on treadmill at my fastest 2) Went on ellipitical for 10 minutes 3) Did weight training for abs for 5-7 minutes 4) Did crunches for 10 minutes 5) Did weight lifting for 2 minutes
Total Time: 42 minutes
Meal #1
1) 1/2 a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread with tomato and lettuce 2) 1/2 a cup of yogurt 3) 1 bite of a boston creme pie 4) 1 bite of a rice crispies with cocopuffs 5) 4 cucumbers with blue cheese on 'em. |
